Thousands of youngsters and their families are expected to follow in the footsteps of scores of adults by taking part in the annual Robin Hood Mini Marathon this year.
Participants will be able to run or walk the 1.5 mile route which follows the banks of the River Trent on Sunday, September 29.
At last year's event, the fastest runner completed the route in an impressive eight minutes and 59 seconds.
Whether anyone can top that feat this year remains to be seen, but you'll be able to find out after the race has finished in our full list of verified results.
With only around two minutes' difference in the top ten of last year's results, the contest certainly looks set to be close once again as the event draws closer.
