His campaign has made progress in 29 states, either by gaining ballot access, submitting paperwork, or completing signature collection.

It is important to note that Kennedy is striving to secure ballot access in all 50 states. However, Democrats are actively working to impede his efforts by filing legal challenges in multiple states in an attempt to invalidate his ballot petitions.
