Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s campaign announced on Wednesday that it has successfully gathered enough signatures to secure ballot access in eight additional states, marking significant progress towards the campaign's nationwide ballot access objective.
During a press briefing, Kennedy's campaign revealed that it had met the signature requirements in Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Massachusetts, Montana, North Dakota, Vermont, and Virginia.
As of now, Kennedy is listed on the ballot in 12 states, positioning him to potentially receive 145 electoral college votes. With the recent additions, Kennedy has either obtained ballot access, submitted petitions, or gathered adequate signatures to qualify in a total of 43 states.
