Supporters that have grown weary of the direction that Heart of Midlothian are travelling in under the stewardship of Robbie Neilson have taken to vandalism in front of their stadium to express their dismay.
A vulgar message has been etched onto the Foundation Plaza that calls for the gaffer to be removed as Hearts' once comfortable third place cushion has been reduced to just a point after five defeats in their last six games.
The Plaza was put in place to thank the many fans that rallied to save their club when they were placed in peril following the ownership and mismanagement of Vladimir Romanov.

The Foundation of Hearts has condemned the act of vandalism as “utterly shameful” and have called those responsible “pathetic.”
It is believed that the message was sprayed across the Plaza by a supporter on Sunday April 2 - just one day after Hearts lost 2-1 to a struggling Kilmarnock side.
2,500 fans had travelled from the capital to the game and after the full time whistle they were visibly upset by the recent run of form.
Hearts had started the season impressively with solid performances in Europe whilst building what seemed to be an unassailable hold on third spot.
But now Aberdeen sit just one point off of Hearts which puts in jeopardy the financial rewards gained by finishing in third.
It is unlikely that Hearts will decide to relieve Neilson who has impressed over the last two seasons with the Jambos being consistently Scotland’s best side outside of the Old Firm.
In a statement on Twitter, the Foundation of Hearts responded to the vandalism by sharing: “An utterly shameful, pathetic act of vandalism at Tynecastle yesterday. If this was really the act of a Hearts 'supporter', it's a gross insult to the badge and, perpetrated on the plaza named for the fans who did so much to save the club, it's a shocking insult to all of them.”
