Rob Kardashian has made a rare appearance in a new family photo, marking the first time he’s been seen publicly in nearly three years.
The 38-year-old, best known for starring in Keeping Up With the Kardashians and competing on Dancing With the Stars in 2011, has largely stepped away from the public eye in recent years.
As the youngest child of Kris Jenner and the late Robert Kardashian, and the only brother to Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian, Rob spent much of his early adulthood in the spotlight.
But in recent years, he's chosen to live more privately.
Last week, Khloe Kardashian, 40, acknowledged her brother’s low-key lifestyle during her podcast Khloe in Wonderland.
Speaking to UFC boss Dana White, she said Rob “loves to be a little elusive,” while White himself admitted he hadn’t seen Rob in nearly a decade despite considering him a friend.
Just days later, Rob surprised fans by appearing in a family photo shared by Kim, 44, on Instagram.
The youngest Kardashian is seen smiling alongside his sisters and mother in the post she captioned: “EASTER 2025. I couldn’t get all the sisters, kids, aunts, cousins and laughs in the pics but the memories are so real. Happy Easter everyone.”
Also in the photo were several of the Kardashian grandchildren, including his 8-year-old daughter Dream, and her cousins Psalm, Chicago, True, and Tatum.
After resharing the photo on the matriach’s feed, Kris was inundated with comments from fans delighted with Rob’s appearance.
One penned: “Seeing Rob makes me happy.”
“Rob! We all missed you,” another commented. A third wrote: “Rob looks good”.
A fourth added: “So good to see Rob”. Echoing their sentiments, another shared: “Omg Rob! breaking the internet!”

Though he has 3.2 million Instagram followers, Rob rarely posts photos of himself, choosing instead to share sweet moments with his daughter Dream, or birthday tributes to family members.
Rob has largely remained out of the public eye for over two years, with his last sighting dating back to February 2022.
He was photographed dropping off his daughter, Dream, at a rock-climbing centre for a playdate. Since then, he has only appeared briefly twice—once in a video celebrating sister Khloé’s 40th birthday last summer, and again in the background of a TikTok video Khloé shared for Dream’s seventh birthday.
The 37-year-old has also been absent from The Kardashians reality series for several years, continuing his retreat from public life.
Rob’s struggle with stepping back from the spotlight isn't new. Back in 2015, Khloé opened up about her brother’s decision to distance himself. “Rob is such a great guy. He’s charming, charismatic, everything. That’s what’s so infuriating. I’m like, 'Where is your will to live life? Let’s be around people!'” she said at the time.
The following year, their mother Kris Jenner explained his decision to stay away from the family’s TV show. She shared that Rob had been “depressed and not feeling good,” which led him to step away from filming and focus on his wellbeing.
