Roads near Australian War Memorial to be closed off for Remembrance Day

As part of today's Remembrance Day commemoration, roads near the Australian War Memorial will be closed off from 10am to 1pm.

Between those times, the following stretches of road will be closed.

• Anzac Parade southbound from Fairbairn Avenue to Blamey Crescent.
  
• Anzac Parade northbound from Currong Street to Limestone Avenue.
  
• Fairbairn Avenue northbound from Anzac Parade to Treloar Crescent.
  
• Fairbairn Avenue southbound from Creswell Street to Anzac Parade.
  
• Limestone Avenue northbound from Anzac Parade to Euree Street.
  
• Limestone Avenue southbound from Anzac Parade to Euree Street.
  
• Treloar Cresecent both directions from Limestone Avenue to Fairbairn Avenue.

Event organisers encourage attendees to get dropped off or take public transport as on-site parking will be limited.

Taxi, rideshare and drop-offs are accessible via Treloar Crescent.

The War Memorial is providing free shuttle services departing from Majura Park Shopping Centre starting at 9.30am. Final drop-off at the War Memorial is scheduled at 10.30am.

Return shuttles will operate following the ceremony.
