Nothing makes you stand out quite like wearing bright, fun colours. Luckily, the new Barbiecore trend sweeping through social media means wearing head-to-toe pink will be huge this autumn - and River Island has the perfect outfit to help you get the look.
The high street chain's pink boucle co-ord has been sending shoppers wild after being shared to Instagram and some have called it a 'must-have' and 'absolutely gorgeous'.
Available online, the cropped blazer and mid rise skort combo is giving us major vintage Chanel vibes and two influencers - Simone Charles and Alex Serruys - have been spotted wearing it.
River Island shared a video of outfit to its Instagram page, along with the caption: “Introducing: the must-have pink suit”.
The co-ord set consists of a crop jacket, £69, and a matching mini skirt for £37. Each piece is made from a boucle fabric and features contrasting decorative pockets. Shoppers can get the skort and jacket in regular sizes six to 18, while petite and plus versions are also available on site.
The jacket is offered in a cropped fit and has a crew neckline, long sleeves and a button fastening. As for the skirt, this comes in a mid-rise fit with an elegant wrap design. It will set you back £106 for the entire outfit.
River Island also shared a picture of the matching set, suggesting in the caption that "Barbiecore is high on the agenda".
Several fashion fans have been commenting on River Island's post, with one person calling it a "gorgeous fit" and another saying they "absolutely love" the outfit.
Another person added "stunning pink", while someone else penned "wow so adorable".
