Rita Ora was reportedly replaced with a mannequin after allegedly cancelling her guest appearance on the second season of RuPaul's Drag Race UK.
The 30-year-old singer was booked to appear on the popular BBC series, but is said to have pulled out at the last minute, leaving producers with little time to book another famous face.
According to reports, Rita was a no-show after an alleged dispute about her entourage.
Due to tight coronavirus filming restrictions, Drag Race bosses decided to fill Rita's spot with a mannequin named Mickey.
The character was inspired by EastEnders star Danny Dyer, who plays the role of Mick Carter in the BBC soap.
Mickey had plenty of things to say when it came to the contestants latest challenge - which just so happened to be EastEnders themed.
"Everyone on set was anticipating Rita’s arrival but, when she didn’t show up, producers had to use their heads and came up with the idea of decorating a mannequin," an insider said.
The source continued to The Sun: "Surprisingly, it worked out OK and became a running joke."
A representative for Rita Ora refused to comment on these claims when contacted by The Mirror.
Meanwhile, it's been reported that Rita is completely overhauling her image as she plans to put her wild years behind her and is even considering getting her tattoos lasered off now that she's left her twenties behind.
During a recent interview in Australia - where she is filming The Voice - the hitmaker lifted the lid on why she was packing in partying for good.
She said on Australia's Ash London Live: "I feel like as soon as you hit 30, the next day everything changes.
"You start feeling like you've got wrinkles, as though your joints are hurting you. I can't do what I used to do any more.
"I can sing better, not lose my voice as much. Why do you always shout when you go out?" she added.
