Wolves have released a statement about their injured players ahead of the clash against Liverpool this weekend.
The Reds take on Wolves in their Premier League clash at Molineux on Saturday. It will be Liverpool’s first top flight fixture for two weeks, since their goalless draw with Chelsea.
Liverpool have already played Wolves twice this season, but are yet to meet in the Premier League. The Reds drew 2-2 in their FA Cup third round tie at Anfield last month, before winning 1-0 at Molineux in the replay.

Jurgen Klopp has been forced to deal with a number of injuries this season. At the moment, Virgil van Dijk, Roberto Firmino, Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz, Arthur Melo, and Ibrahima Konate are all sidelined.
Wolves have several injuries themselves at the moment. They currently have winger Pedro Neto, striker Sasa Kalajdzic, midfielder Boubacar Traore and forward Chiquinho all unavailable for selection.
Now the club’s medical team have issued a statement outlining how the recovery process is going for each of their injured players.
“All four players are in the rehabilitation process and are recovering at their own pace,” the statement read. “Timings are being adhered to, according to the guidelines set by the surgeons who operated on each individual.
“They are being treated and looked after with caution, as each injury has its own complexities, and risks can’t be taken. The players are at Compton every day, so we’re in close communication, providing regular updates and setting targets every week, and they’re responding well.
“Sasa and Chiquinho require more time given their injuries, however, we have no concerns that they’ll fully recover and return to playing football at the same level as before. Chiquinho is further along in the rehabilitation process and is likely to return to the grass earlier than Sasa.
“Bouba (Traore) was recently operated on and has started his rehabilitation, while Neto will soon begin training fully with the team and we hope he will be back playing soon.”
