Tom McKibbin is leading after day one at the Singapore Classic on the DP World Tour after a sensational opening eight-under-par round of 64.
Coming out of the same Holywood club as Rory McIlroy, McKibbin, 20, hit eight birdies and didn't drop a single shot at Laguna National Golf Club.
McKibbin, who only turned 20 in December, has enjoyed a fine start to his rookie year on the Tour with three top 20 finishes in his first three events of the season late last year.

He also looked set for a top 20 finish last week at Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE before a closing round of 74 left him in a tie for 36th.
After a brilliant opening round in Singapore, McKibbin said: "I navigated the course well, eight birdies and no bogeys is a nice way to start.
"I played nicely last week, a few bad holes here and there, so it's nice to continue that nice form," added McKibbin, who sits one shot ahead of Finland's Sami Valimaki, Sweden's Joakim Lagergren plus France's Matthieu Pavon.
"I'm getting pretty comfortable. It's natural to me to come here and play now. It's been good so far, hopefully I'll continue like that the rest of the year."
