A secluded stately home will be transformed by the mystical magic of the east when one of UK's rising culinary stars unleashes his latest creations among spice connoisseurs. Arbinder Singh Dugal is taking his pop-up kitchen to Hawkstone Hall in Shropshire for a five-course fine dining fusion extravaganza.
He is a three-time nominee for the prestigious Roux Scholarship, a star of Alex Polizzi’s Chef’s on Trial and a MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist and he will be guest chef at the Shropshire mansion on July 19 and 20. Formally trained at esteemed establishments including Le Pont de la Tour and the three Michelin-starred Waterside Inn, Dugal was appointed Head Chef at Hawkyns by Atul Kochhar before setting up his brand ASD.
Arbinder will be working closely with Hawkstone Hall’s Executive Chef, Andrew Watts and all ingredients will be foraged from the on-site Kitchen Garden or locally-sourced. At £65 per person, the menu will include dishes such as the Murgh Ki Chaat (Chicken Skin Padi, Chicken Tikka Kachumber and Mint) and a delicate Coriander Sorbet and Yogurt Meringue to cleanse the palate.
With secluded views of the Shropshire countryside, magnificent gardens, and luxury surroundings, Hawkstone Hall
is the perfect setting for Arbinder to create a culinary journey for all guests. Accommodation packages are also available.
