The Turkish international is set to become Gio van Bronckhorst's seventh signing of the summer with the club moving quickly to replace by Calvin Bassey after his big money move to the Eredivise champions Ajax. The Turkish international has spent his entire career with the Istanbul club as he gets set to join last season's Europa League finalists.

Rangers have already added Ben Davies, Malik Tillman, Antonio Colak, Tom Lawrence and Rabbi Matondo in this window. John Souttar also completed his move having signed a pre-contract deal from Hearts.
