Livin' La Vida Loca singer Ricky, 51, and Swedish artist Jwan, 38, shared hopes to "continue having a healthy family dynamic" despite their split.
The couple first met on Instagram in 2015 and began dating six months later, after meeting up in person for the first time in London.
Ricky and Jwan made their romance red carpet official in 2016 and got engaged in the same year before marrying in 2018.
However, six years on, the pair have sadly decided to part ways.

Ricky and Jwan share two children, Lucia and Renn, together. Ricky is also a dad to Matteo and Valentino, whom he'll continue to raise as a single parent.
The couple announced the arrival of their on Renn in 2019 with a sweet Instagram reveal.
Sharing a beautiful picture of them holding him wrapped in a blanket, singer and actor Ricky said: "Nuestro hijo Renn Martin-Yosef ha nacido", which translates as "Our son Renn Martin-Yosef is born".
Just a month before the tot's arrival, Ricky revealed he and Jwan were set to become parents once again.
The Livin' La Vida Loca hitmaker shared the happy news as he accepted an award during the Human Rights Campaign National Dinner in Washington DC.
He told the crowd: "My family's here... My husband Jwan, I love you."
