Richard Osman pointed out the perfect name while watching Homes Under the Hammer.
The episode of the home improvement show, on BBC One, showed Martin who was looking at a one-bed flat in Rotherham. It also featured Martel who took a look around an end-terrace home in Gateshead.
But it wasn't the buyers that grabbed Richard's attention. The former Pointless co-host instead noticed the estate agency's name.

Taking to Twitter he pointed out the ironic name to his 1.1million followers. He wrote: "They've just had an estate agency on #HomesUnderTheHammer called 'Brixanne Morter'."
The name was a play on words of "bricks and mortar" - a saying often used to refer to a home. His fans found it hilarious and took to the comments to share similar experiences of "perfect" names.
Lloydie said: "An Irish dentist: Phil McAvity." Matt said: "There was a Seymour & Selmore in York many years ago."
Steve said: "Do they use Sue, Grabbit and Runne as their solicitors?" Meanwhile, another user said: "Local tree surgeon called Copse and Loggers."
