Richard Michael DeWine spent more than any other Republican statewide candidate or officeholder in Ohio

Ohio Republican statewide candidates and officeholders have spent $13.8 million during the 2022 election cycle. Among statewide officials and candidates, Mike DeWine has spent more than any other Republican.

DeWine is Governor of Ohio and is running for re-election in 2022. DeWine raised $15.1 million and spent $6.8 million between Jan. 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022. According to Ohio Secretary of State reports, DeWine spent the most money with the following individual payees and PACs.
