Ricci Guarnaccio has opened up about his new found love of plastic surgery, admitting he's "vain as hell".
The Geordie Shore star is planning on having his third nose job later this year and laughed as he told us "Perfection is key".
During an exclusive chat with Mirror Online, the 32-year-old reality star turned film star opened up about the work he's had done on his face, and why he wants more.
Ricci has had two nose jobs, and work done on his eyelids, chin, cheeks, and jawline, as well as Botox.
"So I've had quite a bit, but perfection is key," he laughed.

Ricci admits he used to hate plastic surgery, but came round to the idea after having his first nose job, which he claims came about because ex-fiancée Vicky Pattison broke his nose with a metal handbag during a heated row, something she has denied in the past.
He said: "After partying for so many years, I'm 32 now, you start to notice things and I am vain as hell and you do get a bit of an obsession with it."
Ricci also said that having plastic surgery had nothing to do with seeing himself on the telly.
And while he may get more work done in the future, he's promised not to go too far.

He told us: "I'm vain as hell though, I used to be a hairdresser and just looked in the mirror constantly.
"The travelling and the PAs and the drinking just takes its toll and I'm 33 this year, so as you gradually get older...
"With my eyelids, it looked like I had one droopy eye. I sent pictures to my mate Jay after and he said he would never have realised but looking at the before and after he could tell the difference.
"I looked like Rocky Balboa. I was beginning to look like I'd been in loads of royal rumbles and was getting loads of whacks."

He added: "But I'm back to normal now and looking fresh. It's not like I'm going OTT and getting ridiculous amounts of surgery for the sake of it. It's not like I'm going like that Human Ken Doll dude.
"I'm not going to that extent."
Ricci is having a third nose job later this year, before moving to Australia full time after living out there for a year.
He's fallen in love with Sydney and is currently househunting, with hopes of settling down and getting married.
"I'm using the same doctor from Turkey because he did it exactly how I wanted it, there's just this one little bump I want filed down," he said.
Geordie Shore's Ricci Guarnaccio says he was suicidal after split from Vicky Pattison

"The eye thing, I never thought I'd get done but they started drooping, and my chin was when I came back from Australia and I'd put all that weight on.
"I'm getting teeth done in the next few weeks and then I think that's pretty much me done, but we'll see."
He added: "I used to hate plastic surgery but then when you start getting it done, I really like it now.
"I can see the downward spiral why people get repeated stuff, but I don't think I've had too much."
Ricci is working on building an acting career, after appearing in British movie Road and Australian horror Boar, which he landed because the director was a big Geordie Shore fan.

After starring in the MTV reality show, Celebrity Big Brother , and Ex on the Beach, which he described as a "nightmare" due to his reunion with ex Vicky, he's looking to move into a different line of work.
And there could be lots of exciting times to come.
He said: "I've got meetings in LA later this year for stuff and got a drama series I might be doing in Australia when I get back later this year."
Ricci says he'd love to land a part in one of Australia's famous soap operas, Neighbours or Home and Away, after relocating Down Under.
