While he has stayed silent, Masked Singer viewers have been flooding Charlie Simpson's Instagram telling him they are certain he is Rhino, who is in with a great shot at victory in Saturday's final.
Rhino made his Masked Singer debut last month, performing a cover of Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars on the second show of the new series and earning rave reviews from the panel. It took just one verse and a chorus for many people watching at home, particularly the fans of Busted amongst them, to land at the conclusion that Rhino is Charlie, who shot to fame back in 2002, alongside bandmates Matt Willis and James Bourne, when Busted scored a huge chart hit with debut single What I Go To School For.
Rhino has been back in action every Saturday night since then, with early predictions on who it could be Davina McCall thinking it was ER actor Anthony Edwards and other names linked included James Arthur, a guess shared by some fans at home and Joe Jonas.

Davina finally got on ball with the theory that Rhino is Charlie a few weeks ago and, as well as Rhino sounding a lot like Charlie; there have been several clues that point in his direction.
There has been to a nod the 'not much has changed but they live under water' line from famous Busted hit Year 3000, Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn showing up in a VT in a hint to Crashed The Wedding and a 'show for everyone' - a clear refence to Busted's Ticket for Everyone tour, they are happy to argue their theory with anyone who challenges it.
The Masked Singer's Twitter account posted a snapshot of those guesses, but many of the replies to it came from viewers in firm disagreement with the judges, all declaring Rhino is Charlie.
And that trend is mirrored on Charlie's own Instagram. His last post came at the end of December, perhaps rather tellingly, before The Masked Singer had even started. The comments section of the photo of Charlie and wife Anna Bernard is full of Masked Singer-related replies, with one of his followers telling Charlie: "Just putting it out there …Rhino"
A second responded: "I know that incredible voice anywhere!" along with a rhino emoji, with another writing: "Well if it ain't Rhino."
