With his last appearance in Manchester being in 2019 in the AO Arena, fans who have not been able to catch him in festivals have been eagerly waiting for his return.

Rae Sremmurd were accompanying Post Malone on his tour and they did not disappoint as the opening act. They kicked off with their nostalgic song ‘No Type’ before progressing onto other major hit singles such as ‘Come Get Her’ and ‘No Flex Zone.’

Both Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi performed with style and energy. Both were rocking blue denim jeans. The crowd was singing along and it was the perfect start before Post Malone came out.

There he was. The crowd went wild as Post Malone came from a platform from under the stage. His casual yet stylish outfit consisting of a t-shirt, cuffed-up blue denim jeans, and a pair of white classic Converse worked perfectly.

He opened the show with his hit single ‘Reputation’ followed by ‘Wow’, both immensely popular songs getting the seated crowd off their feet.

They were closely followed by ‘I Like You’ and ‘Wrapped around your finger.’ Both heavy vocal songs worked perfectly after the previous songs.

‘Better Now’ and ‘Psycho’ followed before Post Malone brought out a mic stand dropping it and attempting to make it balance upright without falling. This brought a lot of laughs among the crowd preparing them for an emotional set.

Post Malone brought out his acoustic guitar while sitting on a chair singing hits such as ‘I Fall Apart’, ‘Euthanasia’, ‘Stay’, and ‘Lemon Tree’. A few members of the crowd had tears streaming down their faces while on this emotional rollercoaster.

Post then preceded to smash his guitar before handing the broken pieces to fans in the VIP standing area while having a cigarette, classic Post Malone.

He then kicked off with songs from his album Twelve Carat and Hollywood's Bleeding including ‘Circles’, ‘Love/Hate Letter to Alcohol’, ‘Take What You Want’ and ‘When I’m Alone’. Each song came with a special shout-out to Manchester making the crowd feel part of the show.

Post Malone saved his best songs till last causing a huge roar with his most streamed song on Spotify, hit single, ‘Rockstar’ before then playing ‘Goodbyes’ and ‘Cooped Up’.

Swae Lee then came out joining Post Malone for their collaboration song, ‘Sunflower’ which was the official song for the movie, ‘Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse’.

Going towards the end of the concert, Post Malone performed ‘Chemical’ before then performing ‘Congratulations’ and then finishing off with ‘White Iverson’.

Post Malone has a variety of music for all lovers of music to enjoy. While his music has a very similar sound to it, his enthusiasm and passion for each song with a different personality make them refreshing live, even after listening to the same songs on repeat on Spotify.

To be able to rap and sing to different genres of music takes a special type of talent.
