Leicester City manager Ruud van Nistelrooy is facing mounting internal conflicts as the club continues to struggle in the Premier League.
The Foxes have now suffered seven consecutive league defeats, placing them firmly in the relegation zone and intensifying pressure on the Dutchman.
Van Nistelrooy’s Dressing Room Clashes with Okoli and Buonanotte
Following Leicester’s 2-0 home defeat to Fulham, reports suggest Van Nistelrooy had heated exchanges with two of his players.
The first incident involved Argentine midfielder Facundo Buonanotte, who was singled out by the manager for his performance after coming on as a second-half substitute. This criticism reportedly left the dressing room stunned.
In a separate confrontation, Van Nistelrooy allegedly clashed with defender Caleb Okoli over his choice of boots, blaming the footwear for making him slip frequently during matches.
Okoli, who was left shocked by the remarks despite not playing in the Fulham defeat, has since sought a meeting with Leicester’s director of football, Jon Rudkin.
The £12 million summer signing is now reportedly considering leaving the club before the January transfer window closes, having made 16 appearances this season.

Van Nistelrooy Frustrated Over Lack of Transfer Activity
Adding to the growing tensions, Van Nistelrooy is reportedly unhappy with Leicester’s lack of activity in the transfer market.
Upon his appointment in November, the former Manchester United striker was assured that funds would be available for reinforcements.
However, the only incoming signing so far has been right-back Woyo Coulibaly from Parma for under £2 million.
The Foxes recently sold striker Tom Cannon to Sheffield United for £10 million, with those funds expected to be reinvested in an attacking player before the transfer window closes.
Despite this, Van Nistelrooy remains frustrated by what he perceives as a lack of urgency in strengthening the squad.
Fan Protests Planned as Relegation Fears Grow
Leicester fans are growing increasingly discontent with the club’s current direction.
Protests against the board are planned for the next home match against Arsenal on February 15.
With the club hovering dangerously close to relegation, supporters are calling for immediate action to halt the downward spiral.
Next up for Leicester is a trip to Tottenham – another team struggling for form in the Premier League.
