Rev’It!’s New Metropolitan Collection Takes Aim At Urban Motorcyclists, and Alpinestars

Trendy, urban motorcycle gear has hit the scenes in a big way these past few years, and Alpinestars' Urban collection deserves a hat tip for being at the forefront of the niche. But Rev'it!'s 2025 Metropolitan Collection means Alpinestars has some competition, and urban, fashion-conscious riders have more choices.

Rev'it!'s all-new collection is aimed at urban riders who value performance and style. I think this is fantastic as we see far too many preventable injuries because riders choose style over safety, and if something like the Metropolitan Collection makes that a non-issue, then I'm all for it.

The collection is comprised of three jackets—two male and one female—that provide all-weather protection through the use of GORE-TEX material and Rev'it!'s proprietary Hydratex fabrics. Of course, "all-weather protection" doesn't just mean protecting you from the rain—you need to stay toasty. Ensuring you're as warm as you are dry are removable thermal liners, so you should be able to use this collection all year round.

All the materials used in the jackets are AA safety-rated and come with Rev'it!'s CE-level 1 Seesmart impact protection, which I can attest to being almost entirely unnoticeable. All three models also feature reflective elements.

The Arbor H20 Jacket is the most contemporary model of the bunch, with a practical and minimalistic design and short length. But don't let its urban chic looks fool you, it has 3L Hydratex waterproofing, ensuring as practical as it is fashionable. The Arbor H20 Jacket is only available in black and prices start at $429.99.

Mirroring the Arbor H20's minimalist design is the Rosier H20 Ladies Jacket, which has a sculpted design and uses a waterproof hydratex twill stretch material to ensure freedom of movement when riders are on the move. Like the Arbor H20, the Rosier H20 Ladies Jacket is also only available in Black, and starts at $349.99.

The final addition to the lineup is the Trench 2 GTX Jacket, which is meant for those who want to be prepared to face more serious weather conditions around the city. It features a laminated GORE-TEX exterior with ventilated sections but remains stylish in a rugged yet subdued manner. You can pick up the Trench 2 GTX in Black or Black Olive/Dark Blue and prices start at $429.99.
