Easter has excited chocolate lovers for decades and no matter if you are young or old, many people still look forward to that chocolate egg in the morning.

While the egg has been a long-standing symbol for new life at this time of year, Easter will bring back fond memories of running around the garden searching for the eggs you begged for or waiting patiently to get the new mug out of the box. But there is no denying that the sweet treats have gone through plenty of change over the years.

Whether your favourite brand is Cadbury, Nestle or Rowntree, you will no doubt find that some favourites have changed completely or have in fact disappeared from shelves altogether. Now, there may be a wider selection of chocolate eggs to choose from, with some in fact now including alcohol, but do you miss some of the old eggs on offer?
