The 16th edition of "Thailand Retail, Food And Hospitality Services (Trafs 2022)" will return to Bitec Hall 102, Bang Na-Trat Road, from Thursday to Sunday daily from 10am to 7pm.
Organised by Kavin Intertrade, the four-day show will bring full product ranges necessary for industries -- food equipment, ingredients and drinks for dining outlets; cleaning and reservation for hotels; as well as kitchen equipment and dining areas for food service businesses including fine dining, restaurants, and bakery and café shops.
Thousands of products from around the world will be offered by Thai and international exhibitors for target buyers, estimated at 10,000 visitors from around Thailand and 30 other countries.
Many exhibitors will demonstrate how robots can help hoteliers and food service operators solve their labour shortage problems and ensure smooth business operations. Many activities will be arranged in collaboration with associations related to chefs, restaurants, baristas and housekeepers as well as the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce to provide maximum benefits to visitors to learn new tips and tricks as well as to upskill their professional knowledge.
Thai and Italian chefs will create almost 20 meals, desserts and drinks throughout the four days for professionals and visitors. They include risotto, tiramisu, panettone and Thai soup.
Café and coffee lovers will witness the National Coffee Roasting Competition where the winner will represent the country in the world championship abroad next year.
The hotel and housekeeper clubs will host a workshop showing how to fold a beautiful towel similar to what we see in the hotel bedrooms.
Running on the same premises with the Trafs 2022 will be two other leading international trade shows also held by Kavin Intertrade -- the 7th edition of "Asean Retail 2022" and the 18th edition of "Thailand Franchise & Business Opportunities 2022".
