A hillwalker who suffered a broken leg near the Campsie Fells sparked a rescue mission.
Emergency services were called to Dumgoyne at around 1.20pm on Tuesday 29 November, to reports of a serious injury near the summit.
A multi-agency rescue operation was launched involving Loch Lomond Mountain rescue team, Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service's Special Operations Response Team.
The team located the casualty, who was bundled into a stretcher and taken down the hill before being transferred to hospital by ambulance.
Rescue teams stood down at around 5 pm.
In a statement, Loch Lomond Rescue team said: "The initial call came at 13:20 from Police Scotland requesting assistance with a walker who had a suspected broken leg just below the summit of Dumgoyne.
"Multi agency response with Scottish Ambulance Special SORT deploying their all-terrain Wolverine vehicle.
"With the casualty transferred to an ambulance for transport to hospital the stand down was issued at 17:00."
