Emergency crews are currently engaged in a rescue operation at Tuckerman Ravine on Mount Washington, the highest peak in the Northeast. The incident involves three individuals, two of whom have already been successfully rescued, while efforts are ongoing to rescue the third person.
The New Hampshire State Police, in coordination with other agencies, have been working diligently since Saturday afternoon to ensure the safe extraction of the individuals from the popular hiking and backcountry skiing area.
