Stephen Kenny is set to play a similar team against Armenia to the one that started against Scotland at Hampden Park last Saturday night.
The Boys in Green lost 2-1 in Glasgow after taking the lead in the Nations League contest and are now looking to end their campaign on a high with a win over Armenia.
Kenny will be without suspended midfielder Josh Cullen, but has indicated he will not make wholesale changes for the Aviva Stadium clash.
Whoever does start in Dublin, Kenny will be looking for a significant improvement on the performance his team produced against the same opposition in Yerevan back in June when they lost 1-0.
He said: “That wasn’t a good performance, we know that, so there are lots of aspects of play where we can improve.”
Ireland probable team v Armenia: Gavin Bazunu; Nathan Collins, John Egan, Darragh O'Shea; Matt Doherty, Jayson Molumby, Jeff Hendrick, Jason Knight, Robbie Brady; Chiedozie Ogbene, Troy Parrott.
