The Minnesota Vikings are in the market for a quarterback of the future and that could come with a trade up.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Vikings are a team to watch to trade up for Florida quarterback Anthony Richardson.

This doesn’t come as a surprise for multiple reasons. The Vikings need a quarterback and he is my second-ranked quarterback in the 2023 NFL draft class. It’s also not a secret. Multiple sources have linked the Vikings to Richardson with a trade up prior to Rapoport saying so on NFL Network.
Getting Richardson would be a huge get. Compared by many to former Vikings quarterback Daunte Culpepper, Richardson has an incredible package of arm talent, athleticism and presence and savvy to dominate from the pocket.
Will the Vikings get close enough to get Richardson? Only time will tell.
