The Tennessee Titans are reportedly making calls in an attempt to trade up in the second round of the 2023 NFL draft, which begins on Friday evening.
The news comes from NFL reporter Mike Giardi and comes on the heels of the news from ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler that the Titans were trying to trade back into the first round last night after picking at No. 11 overall.
Of course, missing from both those reports is who the team is trying to trade up from pick No. 41 for. The safest guess would be for a wide receiver, a position the Titans desperately need an addition to.
Per league sources, the #Titans are working the phones in an effort to move up in the 2nd round. Could a QB be in play?

The wild-card guess is the Titans are looking for a quarterback, something they weren’t able to grab in Round 1 after the Houston Texans thwarted their efforts to trade up for C.J. Stroud.
The two most likely targets in that scenario are Kentucky’s Will Levis and Tennessee’s Hendon Hooker, both of whom have been connected to the Titans via rumors going into the draft.
