Broncos coach Sean Payton has hired Arch Manning’s high school offensive coordinator to the Denver staff, according to a report from FootballScoop.
Logan Kilgore, who was the offensive coordinator position at Isidore Newman School last season, will become Payton’s quality control coach for the passing game. It is his first coaching job at the NFL level.

Kilgore left the Newman School to become Arkansas State’s tight ends coach in December. Kilgore previously worked on the Red Wolves’ staff as an offensive analyst in 2021 before becoming the offensive coordinator for Manning at Newman this past season.
Now, just months after he rejoined the Arkansas State staff, Kilgore received a job offer that he couldn’t refuse with Payton and the Broncos.
Although Kilgore has never previously coached at the professional level, he did spend six seasons as a quarterback in the Canadian Football League. He also spent training camp in 2014 as a player with Payton and the Saints as an undrafted free agent out of Middle Tennessee.
