The NBA will reportedly investigate the allegations that Josh Giddey has had an inappropriate relationship with an alleged minor.
On Wednesday night, the online allegations arose on social media. In his first public appearance since then, Giddey decided to not give any official comments on the situation following Friday’s practice.
“I understand the question obviously, but there’s no further comment right now,” Giddey said.
Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault also gave a similar answer when asked about Giddey’s allegations.
“Personal matter and I have no comment on it,” Daigneault said. ” And that’ll be my answer on anything related.”
The 21-year-old is in his third season with the Thunder. In 15 games, he’s averaging 12.3 points on 43.5% shooting, 5.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists.
