The Indianapolis Colts are expected to release running back Ty’Son Williams ahead of Tuesday’s deadline to reduce the roster to 53 players, according to Joel A. Erickson of the Indianapolis Star.
Williams joined the roster earlier in the offseason and was competing for one of the final spots in the running back room. With Phillip Lindsay also being released before Tuesday’s roster cut deadline, it seems the Colts are only keeping Deon Jackson as the third running back for now.

Running back Ty'Son Williams is not on the 53-man roster, a source said.
