Training camp is right around the corner for the 2023-24 season and the Boston Celtics are getting ready to prepare for the upcoming season. In order to do so, they are looking to have a full roster for camp.
They added some big man depth in the form of Neemias Queta who was a second-round pick of the Sacramento Kings in the 2021 NBA draft. Queta has played in 20 career games in his two seasons with the Kings averaging 2.9 points and 2.1 rebounds in 7.5 minutes per game.

Free agent 7-footer Neemias Queta is finalizing a two-way NBA contract with the Boston Celtics, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Queta spent the past two seasons with the Kings, who drafted him in the second round in 2021.

Queta will be looking to make an impact on the Celtics and catch the eye of coach Joe Mazzulla. He has yet to make that impact at the NBA level, but Boston gives him a new opportunity.
