It’s trade deadline day and the Chicago Bulls have yet to make a move.
But, that doesn’t mean they’re still not being involved in several rumors.
Reported by Bleacher Report’s Chris Haynes on Wednesday night, the Bulls are interested in signing Russell Westbrook, if he indeed is bought out by the Utah Jazz.
The Chicago Bulls are interested in signing Russell Westbrook should he secure a buyout from the Utah Jazz, league sources tell @NBAonTNT, @BleacherReport.

Westbrook, who was just traded to the Jazz in a three-team deal on Wednesday, would help bolster Chicago’s backcourt depth, which they’ve been reportedly been looking to do.
Last week, The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported that instead of becoming sellers at the deadline, the Bulls were ‘active in the marketplace’ to add a guard to their rotation.
ESPN’s Brian Windhorst reported on Sportscenter on Wednesday night that both the Los Angeles Clippers and the Miami Heat are expected to show interest in the former MVP so the Bulls will have competition.
The fit between Westbrook, DeMar DeRozan, and Zach LaVine would be quite the interesting one, but surely not enough to make any sort of splash in the Eastern playoff push.
