During a recent session, Rep. Tom Tiffany from Wisconsin engaged in a series of questions with Robert Hur regarding White House requests and the actions of the President. Tiffany began by referencing a letter sent to Hur on February 5th, inquiring about changing references to the President's memory. Hur confirmed that there was indeed a request from the White House to make such changes, contradicting earlier statements made by another individual.

Tiffany further pressed on whether the White House had approached the Attorney General to seek alterations to references about the President's memory, to which Hur affirmed that a letter from White House counsel had been sent. Tiffany then raised the issue of potential prosecution of the President, questioning whether age should be a factor in determining legal consequences.

When discussing the likelihood of the President reoffending in the future, Hur cited various factors, including the President's authority over classified materials and his experience with investigations. Tiffany challenged this assessment by pointing out past instances where the President had been informed about proper procedures for safeguarding information.

Transitioning to the President's motivations for sharing classified material with a ghostwriter, Tiffany suggested a pattern of behavior aimed at personal gain. He referenced previous reports on the Biden family's financial dealings and raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest.

In his closing remarks, Tiffany criticized what he perceived as a lack of accountability for the President's actions and accused the Department of Justice of protecting elites. He highlighted instances where he believed the President and his family had evaded consequences, portraying a narrative of perceived impunity.

Despite the contentious exchange, the session concluded with Tiffany expressing his concerns about the perceived lack of accountability and the belief that the President considers himself above the law.
