Following a CT Scan, doctors identified an acute blood clot and diagnosed her with the rare May-Thurner Syndrome, which disrupts blood flow.
Boebert, who is currently seeking a third term, underwent surgery to remove the clot and insert a stent to address her symptoms. While it remains uncertain if she will be able to return to Washington, DC, for votes next week, her campaign statement assured that she is expected to make a full recovery with no significant concerns for her long-term health.
Despite the setback, Boebert expressed her determination to recover fully and resume her duties as a Congresswoman, emphasizing her commitment to fighting for Colorado.
