Renfrewshire church will be holding Autumn fayre and all are welcome

Renfrew Trinity Church will be holding its Autumn Fayre on Saturday, September 3.

The fayre will take place in the church halls from 10am to 1pm.

There will be a wide variety of stalls selling all sorts of goodies such as jewellery, toiletries and cosmetic goods.

There will also be a few home baking stalls where tablet, cakes and jams can be purchased.

Sandra Jolly, stewardship promoter at the church, said: “We have not had one in three years, of course. We are having a try and see if we can get it off of the ground again. We are just hoping we can get a lot of stuff in.

“Before we had covid, we often had quite a good sale in the last number of years. As you know, there is still a bit of covid going around, but we thought ‘let’s try and get ahead’.”

Tea, coffee and cake will be available, which will be served in the Tea Room for those attending to sit and relax in, and entry to the fayre will cost £3.
