Strictly Come Dancing viewers were emotional watching the opening routine pay tribute to the fallen soldiers.
The professionals opened the show with their usual showstopping performance, blowing viewers and the studio audience away in the process. Unlike previous weeks, the routine opened with a slow start as only two pairs hit the floor.
More dancers gradually joined with the men sporting a sophisticated, clean black tuxedo whilst the women wore flared crimson red dresses. As time went on, a red light filled the ballroom, changing the mood as a special tribute began to appear.

Hundreds of poppy flowers were projected on the floor, looking as if the dancers were twirling through a field. Drawing the routine to a close, they began to fall from the ceiling as the music reached its climax and the red flood lights filled the studio.
As the dancers came to a halt, on the screen at the top of the stairs was an image of the late Queen Elizabeth as the BBC paid tribute to her and the fallen soldiers for Remembrance Day.
The emotional spectacle was too much for some viewers as it caught them entirely off guard. One viewer said: "Sobbing. Traditional music, outfits and dancing and a lovely tribute to our Queen."
Another added: "What a stunning opening dance for #RemembranceSunday Only just stopped crying after #Countryfile and now I'm off again." A third said: "New record. Strictly had me crying within 5 mins of starting."
