UEFA have appointed the match officials for the Europa League quarter-final first leg between Rangers and Athletic Bilbao.
An all-Romanian officiating team will take charge of the fixture at Ibrox on Thursday night.
Istvan Kovacs will be the man in the middle for the match. He will be assisted by Mihai Marica and Ferencz Tunyogi.
Horatiu Fesnic will be charged with keeping order around the dugouts as fourth official.
Catalin Popa is the lead VAR with Marcel Birsan his assistant.

Kovacs has previously refereed two matches involving Rangers.
He was first in charge during the 2-2 draw between Rangers and Villarreal in Spain back in 2018.
Kovacs then refereed the match between Rangers and Slavia Prague in the round of 16 in the Europa League in 2022 - Slavia Prague won the match 2-1.
