It’s hot in Tampa, and that humid temperature significantly impacted the Eagles. With the Buccaneers dominating possessions, the Philadelphia defense was left gassed near the end of the second quarter.

Eagles starting safety Reed Blankenship suffered from the temperatures and was forced to leave with a heat-related illness.

Blankenship is questionable to return after posting five tackles and one pass defended in the first half as Tampa holds a 24-7 lead.
