Recovery Effort For Key Bridge Collapse Underway, Progress Being Made

Maryland Governor Wes Moore has stated that the recovery effort following the collapse of Baltimore's Key Bridge will be a lengthy process, with no specific timeline provided. Governor Moore emphasized that the restoration work will not be completed in a matter of days, weeks, or months, underscoring the complexity of the task at hand.

During a recent news conference, Governor Moore highlighted the importance of prioritizing the safety of the workers involved in the recovery operation, as well as considering environmental impacts and ensuring the project's completion. He expressed a sense of urgency in the efforts, aiming for a swift and efficient resolution.

Col. Estee Pinchasin of the US Army Corps of Engineers echoed Governor Moore's sentiments, assuring the public that progress is indeed being made behind the scenes. While acknowledging the desire for visible advancements, Col. Pinchasin emphasized the importance of trust in the ongoing efforts.
