The Oklahoma City Thunder held practice on Saturday as they are mere days away from their Oct. 25 regular-season opener against the Chicago Bulls.
Following the conclusion of the preseason, the Thunder had six consecutive days between games as their preseason finale was held on Oct. 19 in a loss against the Detroit Pistons.
During Saturday’s practice, Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault and two-way player Lindy Waters III spoke with the media. During practice, Jaylin Williams (hamstring strain) and Aleksej Pokusevski (ankle sprain) continued their rehab process from their respective injuries.
Let’s recap what Daigneault and Waters III had to say following practice.

Daigneault gives a great answer when asked about SGA’s willingness to let his teammates be successful
“(It tells me) he wants to win… If your individual success inhibits other players from becoming successful, it ultimately holds your team back. He’s not a guy that does that.” pic.twitter.com/UTCQWjJ8Y4
