Rebel Wilson looks fresh-faced as she returns to London hotel after savage BAFTAs gig

Rebel Wilson looked fresh-faced as she returned to her London hotel after her savage BAFTAs gig.

The actress, 42, hosted the awards show held at the Royal Albert Hall over the weekend.

She managed to fit in many digs throughout the show, including a message to Vladimir Putin and a comment aiming at JK Rowling.

The star looked carefree as she donned a long white button-up shirt, leather skinny jeans and a navy overcoat.

She accessorised with a large black handbag, black flats and simple make-up.

Rebel smiled for the cameras as she stepped back into her hotel in the capital city.

The Pitch Perfect actress took charge during the ceremony on Sunday and ruffled quite a few feathers with her comments.

Like normal, the host divided opinion - just like the winners as films finest were honoured at the glitzy bash.

Rebel even threw a jibe at Prince Andrew, who has of course recently paid off his alleged sex accuser Virginia Giuffre, bringing to an end her legal action that has left his reputation in tatters.

"So, I was going to do a musical number as host, it was about Prince Andrew though um…” she waded in. "Listen guys, no it’s not what you think, it was on roller-skates, it’s called Pizza Express.

"But don’t worry I’m not going to do it, I’m not going to sing, I’m saving my voice for the sequel to Cats."

At one point, Rebel threw up her middle finger at Russia's President amid the war.

The actress said: "In this performance there are two different interpreters one is signing America Sign Language and one is signing British Sign Language.

"Luckily though, in all sign languages, this is the gesture for Putin" - before putting her middle finger up for the camera.

It didn't stop there.

She spoke about her five-stone weight loss and admitted to looking different.

Addressing her "transformation", she quipped: "I hope JK Rowling still approves."

The best-selling author, 56, has been criticised for her controversial comments about the trans community.
