Rebekah Vardy has revealed exactly what she would say to Coleen Rooney if she bumped into her in the street.
Jamie Vardy's wife, 40, has been speaking out following her crushing legal defeat, and revealed how she feels about Coleen following the Wagatha Christie saga.
A judge finally delivered their judgment on the Wagatha Christie case last week- giving Coleen the long-anticipated vindication over fellow WAG Rebekah, who sued her for libel after Coleen accused her of being behind leaked stories to the press.
Mrs Justice Steyn ruled in Coleen's favour on Friday, declaring Coleen's now-infamous social media post in October 2019 accusing Rebekah's Instagram account of selling stories to the press to be "substantially true".
Rebekah continues to deny being responsible for the leak and has given multiple interviews following the verdict protesting her innocence.
Despite the Wagatha Christie saga being hugely damaging to her bank balance and brand, Rebekah has seemingly revealed she has forgiven Coleen for making the public accusations.
"If I saw her in the street tomorrow, I’d ask her if she wanted to go for a Caffe Nero," the star said of Wayne Rooney's wife when speaking to The Sun.
"Life is too short to be resentful and hold grudges and be bitter towards someone. That is not me. I am not that person."
Coleen, 36, is often pictured near her Cheshire home holding a coffee cup while donning fitness gear.
Last year it was reported Rebekah made a thinly veiled swipe on Instagram about "fake coffee run pics ", as she prepared for the High Court battle.
According to The Sun, in July 2021 Rebekah sniped on Instagram: "Maybe I should start doing fake coffee run pics."
The alleged comment came just weeks after Rebekah was ordered to pay a chunk of Coleen's legal fees after launching a libel case regarding Coleen's social media post in October 2019.
Coleen, 36, said she had carried out a "sting operation" and accused Rebekah's account of leaking "false stories" about her private life to the press in the now viral Instagram post.
The fake stories Rooney planted on her Instagram during the sting operation featured her travelling to Mexico for a "gender selection" procedure, her planning to return to TV, and the basement flooding at her home.
Rebekah, 40, has always vehemently denied Coleen's accusations and launched libel proceedings in 2020 - but a judge ruled in Coleen's favour on Friday.
Speaking to The Sun, mum-of-five Rebekah continues to claim she is innocent, and defiantly said: "I would do it all again tomorrow if I had to, because I am innocent. I have no regrets."
She remains is adamant the judge "got it wrong" on this occasion and has opened up on the barrage of abuse she has faced due to the case.
Rebekah admitted: "The whole thing has been awful. At its worst, I was worried to be on my own, to leave the house. I was scared to be out in public places.
