Rebekah Vardy is very much still enjoying her family holiday in Portugal, despite claims she had been forced to flee the country due to terrifying wild fires.
The WAG, 40, thanked the emergency services last week as firefighters tackled a terrifying wildfire close by the luxury villa she is currently staying in with husband Jamie Vardy and her five children.
It was then reported Rebekah was heading home early due to the country's spate of wildfires in the ongoing heatwave, but she firmly shut down the rumours on Monday - telling a fan not to "believe everything they read".
Taking to her Instagram account, the mum-of-five shared an adorable snap of two of her children soaking up the sun and getting sand between their toes.
"Beach day #beachbums," Rebekah captioned the image to her 410,000 followers.
Referring to the star's recent brush with local wildfires, one fan commented: "I thought the papers said you were fleeing a fire threatening your holiday home?"
Replying to her follower's question, Rebekah hit back with: "do you believe everything you read?"
The Vardy family have been enjoying a holiday abroad following an intense few weeks in court for the high-profile 'Wagatha Christie' trial.
Taking to her Instagram Stories last week, Rebekah thanked firefighters for their service following a "very scary" incident close by where she and her family have been staying.
Writing in Portuguese, she said: "Waking up very grateful to the fire department that works tirelessly risking their lives to save ours thank you thinking of everyone very scary."
Last week in Portugal saw major motorways and side streets blocked by authorities in the city of Leiria as strong winds made it harder to tackle flames.
In the whole of mainland Portugal there were 2,841 firefighters on the ground. The Portuguese government has also declared a state of heightened alert which will run until Friday.
Rebekah's getaway comes as she awaits the results of her her high-profile legal battle with fellow WAG Coleen Rooney.
The star launched the legal battle after Coleen accused the WAG's Instagram account of leaking stories to the press about her private life back in October 2019.
Rebekah denies leaking stories to the media and is suing her fellow WAG for libel, while Coleen is defending the claim on the basis her post was "substantially true".
The court case ended on May 19, and the WAGs must now wait to find out who has won the highly-publicised legal battle - with Mrs Justice Steyn saying she will rule at a later date when things wrapped up last month.
