Rebeca Tavares has praised Liverpool fans following the trophy parade, and appeared to aim a dig at Manchester City.
The Reds players and staff took part in a trophy parade around the city on Sunday, culminating on the Strand. Jurgen Klopp and the players presented the FA Cup and Carabao Cup, to thank the fans for their support.
Liverpool’s season ended in disappointment after losing the Champions League final to Real Madrid. This came less than a week after missing out on the Premier League title on the final day by a single point to Man City.

Despite the recent disappointment, thousands of Liverpool fans turned out in force to support the team and welcome them back from Paris. Rebeca, wife of Reds midfielder Fabinho, has posted a message on social media.
Posting several photos on Twitter, Rebeca praised Liverpool fans and went on to make a dig aimed at Man City.
Rebeca wrote: “We are Liverpool, this means more! See you next season, red family. Thank you for your support.
“‘There are just some things oil can’t buy’.”
