Callum Davidson has admitted he was baffled over the decision to send off Rangers loanee Adam Devine on his debut after taking a "kung fu kick" to the head.
The Queen's Park manager was certain his side should have been awarded a spot-kick in the last minutes of the loss to Airdrie with Devine caught in the box.
Davidson reckons the Rangers full-back was "nearly kung fu kicked" as he went to play the ball without lowering his head.

A goal kick was given and seconds later Devine was shown a second yellow card before Davidson was also dismissed from the touchline.
An update on the Queen's Park X account explained: "Devine has been sent off after being kicked in the head and complaining about it.
"Royal rumble has started early clearly."

In his post-match interview with club media, Davidson revealed Devine's red card was given due to the full-back being "aggressive" towards the match referee - something he disputes.
"I thought it was a stonewall penalty," said Davidson. "The boy nearly kung fu kicked Adam in the head when Adam had not even lowered his head for the ball.
"Then, he actually gives a goal kick for it as well so I am a wee bit baffled. Hence my frustration probably boiled over today.
"I think Adam just asked why it was a goal kick - that's all he asked him. He [referee] said he was aggressive but Adam is not the aggressive type of person so I am really disappointed with that decision."
