Real Madrid have given Arsenal a potential opportunity to solve their striker crisis in the summer transfer window. They have done this by listing players on the transfer market that will be of interest to the Gunners.
According to Spanish news outlet, RmadridstaReal, Los Blancos plan to offload seven first-team players in the summer. Amongst these names include former Arsenal player Dani Ceballos, Eden Hazard, and Gareth Bale.
However, the player who Arsenal could certainly sign amongst the transfer-listed would be Luka Jovic. The Serbian striker has been previously linked to the club and he could be a decent option as a backup striker ahead of next season.

Arsenal will be in desperate need of two new strikers in the summer transfer window, with both Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah 's days looking increasingly numbered. Both players’ contracts are set to expire at the end of the season and they have been linked with a move away from the club.
Crystal Palace are hopeful of signing Nketiah on a free transfer in the summer. Patrick Vieira's failed to bring him at the start of this season, with the two clubs unable to agree on a fee, but this will no longer be an issue.
If he does depart from the club, along with Lacazette, then Folarin Balogun would be the only remaining striker at the club, meaning two striker signings may be required to combat the need for greater squad depth if Arsenal secure a return to the Champions League.
Jovic could certainly be an option as a backup striker ahead of next season. Especially when you consider his excellent two-year spell at Eintracht Frankfurt, with his final season at the club a particular highlight as he spearheaded his side's charge to the Europa League semi-final, scoring 27 goals in all competitions.
His fine form saw him secure a £56.7million move to the Spanish behemoths. But since then his career has taken a nosedive.
The Serbian made just 21 La Liga appearances in his first two seasons in the Spanish capital, notching just two goals before being shipped back out to Eintracht Frankfurt on loan in the second half of the 2020/21 campaign. He has since come back to Carlo Ancelotti’s side and struggled for first-team minutes.
It is for these reasons that he should only be considered as a potential backup option, as Arsenal’s main targets in Jonathan David and Joao Felix, certainly would come with more firepower. But with Real Madrid transfer listing him, he could be available for a cut-price deal, which would allow Arsenal to go all out for their main striker transfer target.
