Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville has opened up about her continuing health issues in a March 7 post on X (formerly Twitter), stating that she is “fucking miserable” and that she has been “faking” her good mood.
“My best friend’s been in the ICU for two weeks and isn’t getting better,” the post read.
“My face is worse than ever. It’s literally melted away.
“When doctors at [Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre] put me on IV antibiotics and fungal medication I was getting better, I looked normal, but I couldn’t afford to stay on them. I was forced to see doctors outside my insurance because the doctors at [Kaiser Permanente] had no clue.
“I need my life to change. This is my real health update.”
She also revealed that she is dealing with “painful lumps” in various parts of her body in a separate X post made on March 9.
“I have painful lumps: one in [the] jaw bone area, one on [the] side of neck, and one [on] back of [my] neck,” Glanville wrote.
“I have chills and a constant oily [foul]-tasting drainage from face into mouth, it’s acidic and is eating away at my teeth.
“Plus all of my lymph nodes in [my] head and neck are swollen. Doctors at [Kaiser Permanente] say I’m fine.
She ends the post with “help me”.
The 52-year-old reality star first opened up about her health issues back in 2024, stating that she has been suffering from a “parasite” in her face that she spent over $70k USD ($111 AUD) with doctors trying to find a cure, per PEOPLE.

Glanville said to Entertainment Tonight back in December that she “doesn’t socialise” due to the illness.
“I don’t go out and I’m just spending all of my money on trying to figure out what’s wrong with me,” she told ET.
“I’m not getting my hopes up anymore.”
Glanville also described feeling the “parasite” moving on her face, stating: “I feel like it’s shitting or having babies” inside her skin.
