The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Hanna Kinsella introduced her baby and unveiled her unusual name.
The 32-year-old is already mum to son Maximus, who she shares with husband Martin, and the reality TV star shared their exciting news earlier this month.
Hanna opened up on the gorgeous new addition to their family in an interview with OK!, and revealed she was inspired by her Persian heritage when it came to choosing her daughter’s name - Kimia.
“Kimia is actually an ancient Persian name, so obviously both of my parents are Iranian, I’m from a Persian heritage and I think with our first one, Maximus isn’t really an Iranian name at all,” she explained.
However, she’s worried that little Kimia Kinsella may sound too similar to the billionaire star Kim Kardashian.
“The short version is cute too, like Kim or Kimi – unintentionally Kimmy K,” she laughed.
Cosmetic dentist Hanna said it was her mum, who was reading an ancient Persian poetry book, that helped them settle on a name for their daughter.
“One of the characters was called Kimia, and I remember thinking, ‘That’s such a beautiful name and very unusual,” she said.
Martin, who works as a cosmetic doctor in the UK and Majorca, said Hanna was “so happy” they had a girl, as she’s wanted to use the name for a while.
“When we had Max, if he was a girl we were going to call him Kimia. Hanna really wanted a daughter,” he shared.
Hanna called the delightful new addition to their family “a little dreamboat”, and confessed she was “very lucky” to have her.
Hanna said their eldest, 15-month-old son Maximus, is the sweetest big brother, and already understands that his little sister is “precious”.
Despite the chaos of two young children, Hanna and Martin couldn’t be happier.
“The house has been absolute madness. It’s been full-on and we’re shattered but I’ve been feeling good and we’re just so in love with her,” she said.
