Brandi Glanville raised eyebrows with her new selfie, with fans labelling her as "unrecognisable".
In her latest Instagram snap, the 50 year old was seen in what appeared to be a red bra that matched her bright red lipstick. She added to her make-up look with heavy eyeliner but skipped mascara.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star added to her glamorous look with her blonde locks piled high into a ponytail, with a few loose tendrils framing her face.
"Longest day ever!! Lashes off packing for Vegas to celebrate my love @tommywilliambeauty birthday, see y'all soon," the reality star added with a series of red heart emojis.
While Brandi looked in great spirits in the clip, she was soon forced to turn off her comments due to the negative comments she was receiving.
However, the comments continued on Reddit, with one person sharing the snap, asking: "Brandi… is she okay?"
Someone else immediately wrote: "Oh my gosh what in the h**l is going on," while another explained, "she has aged herself horrifically with all these fillers or whatever she's got done."
A third added: "She was gorgeous when she was on RHOBH and if she'd just allowed herself to age naturally (albeit with some nips and tucks here and there), she would've looked amazing now."
Another wrote: "She was such a beautiful woman who destroyed her face with fillers and Botox. I don't know why women feel the need to do this."
This isn't the first time Brandi has left fans worried about her appearance.
In April, sparked concern among fans after posting a video online while looking "incredibly unwell".
Sharing the video on a Reddit thread, the original poster penned: "I am NOT here to body shame anyone but Brandi looks incredibly unwell."
"Her eyes always look completely lifeless," commented one fan under the original post.
However, some fans on her latest post were also quick to defend her, with some saying she looks "beautiful". e
Earlier this year, Brandi and her Real Housewives co-star Caroline Manzo reportedly left Ultimate Girls Trip filming in Morocco early following an alleged kissing scandal incident.
Reality TV alumni Brandi was reportedly 'sacked' from the new production following an ordeal between her and Caroline while shooting the show's fourth season in Marrakech.
They were said to have been filming the second instalment of the Peacock franchise's 'Ex-Wives Club' format when Brandi 'took things too far' during a party – reportedly packing on unwanted PDA.
