The Italy international played the full match at Old Trafford last week, but will not be involved this time around, having picked up a hamstring injury.
Felipe is replaced in the squad by teenage defender Felix Garreta, who has made two senior appearances for the club thus far.
There are no other changes from the 23-man squad that travelled to Manchester a week ago.
